

Throughout the building’s timeline, environmental conditions have affected the building causing deficiencies in mortar material, water infiltration, and caulk in need of replacing. The Witmer Group completed an exterior facade assessment and formulated a plan of action related to repairs, replacement, and complete preservation of masonry conditions.
