The Witmer Group, a nationally recognized regional masonry contractor with locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland, is currently seeking a full-time Estimator. This position is responsible for reviewing bid documents and other information to develop estimates for new masonry construction. This includes developing and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate would be as follows:

· Read and understand blueprints

· Organize and prioritize work

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet design

· Highly effective verbal and written communication skills

· Provide high-level estimates through reasoning skills and knowledge

· Minimum of 5 years estimating/construction experience

· Advanced study in estimating or construction management preferred

· Experience with estimating software preferred
