Apprenticeship Program – Earn while you learn
The Witmer Group participates in the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) masonry apprenticeship program. The program is designed to educate the next generation of craft professionals by combining classroom and hands-on training. Participants receive a comprehensive education over the tenure of their study, resulting in the skills that will lead to a rewarding and fulfilling career in masonry.
In The Witmer Group Apprenticeship Program, you will:
- Earn while you learn through on-the-job and classroom training

- Work under the supervision of an experienced craftsperson
Program Structure:
- Three-year program
- Must work for The Witmer Group for at least one year before applying for the program.
- Learn other masonry-related services including masonry restoration techniques and processes.
