The existing building, formerly known as Curtain Call Costumes, was repurposed for climate-controlled self-storage units.
Scope of Work:
-The project involved 39,000 SF of floor coating.
– Work was located at the common areas (hallways between the storage units) on the first and second floors.
– A multi-purpose epoxy and an aliphatic chemical resistant high traffic urethane were applied to the concrete floors at the hallways and main drive lane.
