Drexel University College of Medicine at Tower Health in West Reading, Pa., a regional medical campus, offers an immersive learning experience featuring clinical training at Reading Hospital for all four years of the MD Program. The Witmer Group provided new masonry and waterproofing services for this project.
The new masonry scope of work consisted of masonry elevator shafts including almost 9,000 concrete masonry units, and exterior masonry veneer which consist of more than 42,000 Norman size brick with approximately 200 pieces of precast concrete caps, sills, and base units.
