HISTORIC MASONRY RESTORATION- RIVERVIEW MANOR
Built in 1927 by noted Harrisburg architect Clayton Lappley, Riverview Manor is Harrisburg’s only historic condominium building on the beautiful Susquehanna River. With 75 units, the building includes a beautiful rooftop deck with panoramic views of the city, the mountains to the North, the Susquehanna River, Riverfront Park, downtown Harrisburg, and the state Capitol Complex. The masonry restoration scope of work consists of wash down, repointing of brick veneer, vertical crack repairs, repointing of precast stone, stone joints, and all brick precast joints, stone crack repairs, steel lintel rust removal, cleaning, coating, installation of water repellent, and more.
