Masonry Restoration
The Beech Street Factory – Masonry Restoration Beautiful photos and drone shots of one of our masonry restoration projects the “Beech Street Factory.” The Beech Street Factory in Pottstown, PA is a mixed-use complex featuring 43 affordable apartments and the home of ArtFusion 19464 community arts education center. The historic 60,000 SF building was the headquarters for Leibowitz Shirt Factory. It was the Fecera’s Furniture warehouse until 2004 and remained vacant until 2016 when a partnership of New York-based Housing Visions and Genesis Housing Corporation transformed the space to bring new life, vibrancy, and affordable residential opportunities to a long term vacant and blighted property.
