His dedication to his work and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in The Witmer Group’s continued success and growth. As a valued team member, Denny’s passion for his craft shines through in every project he undertakes, rendering him an exemplary choice to mentor the next generation of craftsmen.

His new role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, such as:
– Mentoring and developing team members, including new hires and apprentices, both in the classroom and on job sites.
– Providing on-the-job training
– Conducting 30-60-90 day skill assessment reviews
– Conducting skills assessments for all employees, and creating personalized learning plans for career advancement.
– Developing innovative training ideas tailored to field employees
– Planning, organizing, and leading training for apprenticeship classes and new laborer training, among other duties.

Congratulations Denny! We look forward to the valuable opportunities, training, and skill development that your leadership will bring.
