New Masonry & Waterproofing Services
Penn State Health Lancaster Medical Center will give residents of Lancaster and York counties additional access to Penn State Health’s expertise and specialty services without having to make the drive to Hershey. The facility is currently under construction with completion expected in Fall 2022. Once opened, the new facility will help ensure residents in nearby communities have access, quality, and choice of care as close to home as possible.
Both the new masonry and waterproofing departments had the opportunity to perform services to the 341,000 square foot hospital.
The scope of work consisted of:
-Masonry veneer for a 350,000+ Sq. Ft. Multi-Story Hospital,
-60,000 Sq. Ft. 2-Story Medical Arts Building and CMU walls within the Parking Structure
-395,000 Norman Brick
-80,000 sf. Foil-Faced Polyisocyanurate Insulation
-6,700 Standard Gray CMU

-Joint Sealants
-Expansion Joints
-Air Vapor Barrier Systems
