Project Background
The Lion’s Gate Apartments is a residential community featuring three-bedroom apartments in Bloomsburg, PA. Spacious layouts and amenities welcome you home, along with exceptional service and an ideal location within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Lion’s Gate offers a resort-style pool/hot tub and fitness center, a clubhouse, with a large, projector screen television, and a pool table.

- Detailing Work – windows, PTACS, Dryer Vents, corners
The project included four existing buildings. The existing exterior veneer finishes and building wrap were removed. All windows and PTAC units were removed to allow detailing around the rough openings. The existing window and PTACS were reinstalled, a new self-adhered vapor permeable water-resistive air barrier membrane was installed, followed by new exterior finishes.
Henry Company products were used on the project – Blueskin VP160, Blueskin Butyl Flash, Blueskin TWF, Blueskin Metal Clad, and associated Henry primers and sealants.
