Project Background
The Witmer Group, completed an evaluation of the 208,000 square foot interior floor slab at Maple Press Distribution Center.
Because of the heavy use from material handling equipment and maintain safety standards, repairs were made throughout the facility. Those repairs included:
- Existing floor joint repair – Removed existing filler and installed new sand modified MM-80 joint filler
- Cracks Repair – Route out cracks and filled with MM-80 Epoxy joint filler
- Spall Repair – Removed the deteriorated concrete and patched with Armor Hard Rigid Epoxy Mortar
