Middletown Warehouse
Project Background
The Middletown Warehouse is a new super hub with three package sortation and distribution centers. Central and eastern Pennsylvania are rapidly expanding logistics areas as the East Coast continues to be a thriving center of population and e-commerce growth. The Main Hub is approximately 775,400 SF and remote structures on-site total approximately another 62,000 SF.
The caulking services provided:
- Hollow metal door frame perimeters – 5,310 LF
- Concrete tilt-up panel joints – 33,800 LF
- Masonry control joints – 1,382 LF
- Louver perimeters – 1,022 LF
- Concrete slab isolation/wall joints – 12,593 LF
- Column isolation joints – 3,954 LF
