The Orchard Business Park is an established, zoned commercial/ industrial business park located in York, PA. The Witmer Group provided caulking and floor joint services for Lot 3 of the park.
The services provided:
Caulking
- Hollow metal door frame perimeters – 624 LF
- Concrete tilt-up panel joints – 6,084 LF
- Slab Isolation joints – 1,890 LF
- Column isolation joints – 520 LF
- Exterior concrete paving expansion joints – 1,465 LF
- Sidewalk expansion joints – 411 LF
Firestopping
- CMU control joints – 28 LF
- CMU walls to tilt-up panels & Mezzanine slab to tilt-up panels – 135 LF
Floor joints – epoxy joint filler
- Interior SOG saw cut control/construction joints – 26,673 LF
