Project Background

The oil contamination required special attention.  We cleaned the entire floor with a concentrated amount of enzymatic oil cleaner, that consumed the oils, leaving the surface clear to receive both the grout, densifier, and sealer.  After cleaning, proceeded polishing the floor with a 7 step polish, finishing with a 1500 grit resin pad.  Now the owner can enjoy a cleanable high gloss finish, in their new industrial assembly room.

Scope of Work:

• Perform scratch test with Mohs Hardness kit
• Oil clean existing floor with concentrated enzymatic oil cleaner
• Grind, hone, & polish floor with 7 step process finishing with a 1500 resin
• Burnish with 3000 grit diamond impregnated burnishing pads and high speed burnisher
