Woodcrest Villa Campus
Project Background
Independent living facility owners know the importance of the appearance of their residential communities. The goals are to not only attract new residents but provide current residents with beautifully maintained properties. Woodcrest Villa, an independent living campus of Mennonite Home Communities, was no exception. Our team conducted exterior rehabilitation work to provide a new and improved look for the residents while adding the needed protection against future damage.
Our work was completed on the following buildings:
- Robin Ridge Wing
- Meadowlark Wing
- Hummingbird Inn
- Eagle Wing
- Cardinal Wing
Exterior Rehabilitation Work Included:
- Cleaning of exterior brick veneer
- Water Repellent application to brick veneer
- Cleaning of EIFS (Exterior Insulated Finish System)
- Repair damages to the EIFS system
- Coat EIFS system with an Elastomeric Coating
- Removal of the existing sealants and recaulking of all exterior locations including, window and door perimeters, exterior brick control joints, EIFS related joints and perimeter of louvers and vents.
- Install new aluminum soffit venting in existing EIFS soffits
