The owners of the Lancaster Leaf Tobacco Company knew they had to take immediate corrective action when they discovered one of their buildings was in danger of collapse.

A large warehouse facility was experiencing floor joint damage to their 272,787 square foot warehouse facility. The Witmer Group was brought in to complete a thorough evaluation of the damage floor slab and remedy the situation.

Through extensive investigative services by The Witmer Group, it was found that the 100 year old building facade was at a critical point where repairs were unavoidable.
