Waterproofing & Air Vapor Barriers
The Promenade at Upper Dublin is a mixed-use complex that will provide the surrounding community with new retail shops, over 400 luxury apartments, and a new parking garage that is large enough to accommodate 500 vehicles.
The Witmer Group was awarded waterproofing, expansion joints, air vapor barrier, joint sealants, water repellents, and traffic coating for the entire complex. There are two main buildings and a parking garage that are situated on a 25-acre tract of land.
