The West Ox Self Storage project is a 120,00 SF ground-up storage center, with multi-level self-storage access levels, and secured ingress and egress.
This structure requires a support of excavation, along with major utility relocation.
The scope of work consisted of:
Waterproofing 16,078 sq.ft.
Coating – 10,887 sq.ft.
The Waterproofing team encountered various challenges during the project, notably encompassing work with a 25ft high wall and 22ft timber lagging. This necessitated the implementation of confined space training protocols and a meticulously planned pre-operation meeting, both aimed at upholding the safety and well-being of all personnel involved throughout the entirety of the project.
