We have an immediate opening for a full-time Concrete Coatings Crew Leader. We are looking for someone who has familiarity with or is willing to learn the proper installation of epoxy and urethane floor coating applications. The Witmer Group is in need of an individual that has strong leadership and communication skills.
As a Concrete Coatings Crew Leader, you provide leadership and are responsible for running a knowledgeable and proficient crew. This is a key position in our organization, a first-line support for the Superintendents, and a primary point of contact for the job. This leadership role requires a motivated self-starter who can overcome challenges, generate results, ensures safety and quality, and keeps a team motivated.
