Witmer Restoration is completing extensive work on Fawn Grove School, including the installation of new sealants at control joints, louvers, doors, windows, and Dryvit-to-brick joints. The project involves repointing stone veneer, replacing damaged bricks, addressing rusted anchors and steel lintels, and making chimney and large crack repairs. Additionally, woodpecker damage to the Dryvit surface is being fixed, rusted wire reinforcement is being removed and replaced, and water repellant is being applied to the exterior. This thorough restoration ensures the building’s long-term structural integrity and aesthetic preservation.
